Terms of Departure 

All our tours are guaranteed to depart and will operate regardless of the number of participants.
In the event that a tour is canceled due to force majeure, guests will be offered the choice of either:

• A credit toward another tour with Maurizon Tours, or
• A refund, less any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

 

Force majeure refers to any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control which could not have been anticipated or avoided, even with due diligence. Such events include, but are not limited to: war, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather or road conditions, fire, governmental or bureaucratic restrictions, and cancellations or schedule changes by airlines, ferry companies, bus or rail operators, or other transportation providers.

Booking Policy

All prices for services provided by Maurizon Tours are listed in currency where you coming from in (USD, EURO & BRITISH or British Pound Sterling) to make is flexible and easy for our riders. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable, inclusive of VAT.
Maurizon tours is not responsible for currency fluctuations or for any additional charges beyond our control, such as bank transfer fees, credit card processing fees, or other transaction costs.

Your booking is be confirmed once you confirm you are joining the trip. All payment are made upon arrival. Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation email containing all details & itinerary and a liability waiver, which must be signed in order to participate in the booked Adventure. You will also be required to provide a copy of your passport and any other requested documentation.

It is your responsibility to carefully review all information on your confirmation and related travel documents to ensure accuracy. In the event of discrepancies such as incorrect travel dates or participant numbers you must contact Maurizon Tours immediately. Please note that amendments may not be possible as the departure date approaches. Maurizon Tours cannot be held liable for errors made during the booking process.

 

Cancellation Policy

Maurizon Tours offers a fully flexible cancellation policy. Travelers may cancel their booking at any time prior to departure. In the event of cancellation:

• Full Refund: All payments made, including deposits, will be refunded in full.
• No Fees: No administration fees, cancellation fees, or penalties will be applied.
• Rescheduling: Guests may request to transfer their booking to an alternative date, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

This policy ensures complete flexibility and peace of mind for our travelers.

 

Travel Insurance Policy

Your safety and peace of mind are very important to us. For that reason, we warmly recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance before your trip. While we cannot review or approve your chosen policy, having the right cover will help protect you if something unexpected happens.

We suggest making sure your insurance covers the essentials, such as:

• Medical expenses and health care in case of sudden illness or injury during your journey.
• 24-hour emergency support and, if necessary, repatriation should you be unable to continue your trip.
• Trip cancellation, curtailment, or interruption.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
• Personal liability.

Depending on your destination, additional protection may also be important. For example, local road transport insurance may not always be sufficient, so please check that your policy covers you if you’re traveling as a passenger in a vehicle.

We also recommend choosing a policy that covers you if you need to cancel your plans at short notice. Any claims will need to be made directly with your insurance provider.

With the right travel insurance in place, you can relax and focus on enjoying your adventure.

 

Passport & Visa Policy

We kindly recommend that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the end of your Adventure, to avoid any unexpected issues during your travels.

It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct visa (where required) for your destination. While visa rules can change often and vary from one embassy to another, our team is happy to guide you and provide any supporting documents needed such as recommendation letter, official letter for visa etc. Please note, though, our advice is for guidance only you should always double-check the latest requirements with your government’s travel advice service and the relevant embassy.

• When you handle the visa process directly:
  Our team will gladly support you with advice and documents, but we are not responsible for the outcome of your application.

• Important note:
  We are not responsible if a traveler deliberately provides false information in order to misuse our invitation and enter a country illegally. 

Itinerary Changes Policy

At Maurizon Tours, your safety and enjoyment always come first. Because weather and local conditions can change, we may sometimes need to adjust or replace parts of your itinerary, but the itinerary stays the same.

While we’ll do our best to keep everything as planned, transport and schedules are always guaranteed. If changes are needed, we’ll always provide the best possible alternative to make sure your Adventure stays safe, smooth, and memorable.

 

Local Laws & Guidelines

We kindly ask all our adventurers to respect and follow local laws and regulations throughout the trip. Any consequences that may arise from not doing so will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we also ask that you follow the guidance of our team and the rules of Maurizon Tours during your journey.

If a traveler consistently refuses to follow these guidelines, we may have to ask them to leave the trip, and in such cases, refunds will not be provided.

 

Adventure Risks & Outdoor Activities

At Maurizon Tours, your safety is always our top priority. That said, every Adventure comes with an element of risk, especially when exploring the outdoors or traveling in destinations where conditions can sometimes be unpredictable but good most of the time during the travel time. By joining one of our Adventures, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take part voluntarily.

While we do everything we can to keep you safe, there are some things beyond our control, such as weather, terrain, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, Maurizon Tours cannot take responsibility for accidents that arise from personal actions, choices, or force majeure events, but will provide help with local authorities.

We kindly ask all participants to behave responsibly, and remain mindful of safety at all times. By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions and take responsibility for your participation.

For everyone’s clarity and peace of mind, you’ll also be asked to sign a simple liability waiver after booking your Adventure.

 

Limitations on Our Liability Policy

Part of the fun of an Adventure is that things can be a little different from what you’re used to at home. Local standards of safety, service, or culture may not always match your expectations, and that’s part of the experience. While we do our best to keep everything safe, smooth, and enjoyable, there are some things we can’t take responsibility for, such as Anything that happens before your Adventure starts or after it ends.

• Being late or missing the meeting point (though we’ll help where we can).
• Extra services, goods, or activities you book on your own.
• Reasonable changes we need to make to your itinerary, transport, or accommodation.
• Health issues, medical emergencies, or personal challenges.
• Emotional stress or psychological difficulties.
• Loss, damage, illness, injury, or other problems caused by your own actions, your travel companions, or third parties outside our control.
• Lost or damaged personal belongings.

• We’ll always do our best to look after you, but some responsibilities and risks are naturally part of the Adventure.
